PURPOSE: A heating and cooling system using the heat from a fuel cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a fuel cell by collecting waste heat and using the collected waste heat as a heating source. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling system using the heat from a fuel cell comprises a reformer (110), a stack (120), one or more heat exchangers (130), a heat pump (210), and a circulation pipe (300). The reformer generates hydrogen gas by reforming fuel supplied from a fuel to a fuel supply source. The stack generates electric energy by exposing gas containing oxygen supplied from the outside and the hydrogen gas supplied from the reformer to an electrode. The heat exchangers exchange cooling water exhausted from the stack with heat. The heat pump increases the temperature of water by using the heat from the heat exchangers.
