The present invention relates to an apparatus for installing and fixing interior and exterior metal panel units on a vertical rail bar (20) disposed vertically on a wall unit (W) of an interior or an exterior wall of a building. A metal panel unit (10) is fixed on fixing plates (24, 25) of the vertical rail bar having a flowing water guide groove (P); a side gap between two neighboring metal plate units (10) is blocked by the flowing water guide groove (P); a gap between the side walls (10d, 10e) of the metal panel unit (10) and the fixing plates (24, 25) of the vertical rail bar (20) is blocked by the left and right side blocking plates (10d1, 10e1) of the metal panel unit (10); and therefore, rainwater and foreign substances, which flow from the outside of the metal panel unit toward the wall unit (W) of the building, are blocked. |
