<p>The extinguisher has a tank containing a fire extinguishing agent, and a cartridge (5) containing a gas, where the cartridge is removably mounted to a body (3) of the extinguisher, and the extinguishing agent is projected by the action of pressure provided by the release of the gas from the cartridge. A removable washer (8) for validating the technical act maintenance is mounted between the cartridge and the body, where the washer is provided with an identification mark for labeling the date of installation.
