A personalized method for enhancing a service, a network side device, and a mobile user equipment. The network side device provides an enhanced service for a user equipment located at a service position preset by a user. The network side device comprises a service position determining module and an enhanced service control module. The service position determining module is set to maintain the service position preset by the user. The enhanced service control module is set to be instructed to provide the enhanced service for the user equipment located at the service position preset by the user. The mobile user equipment comprises an enhanced service instruction module. The enhanced service instruction module is set to send a user instruction to the network side device to enable the network side device to provide the enhanced service for the user equipment located at the service position preset by the user. The foregoing technical solutions can provide a new solution for a personalized enhanced service, and the user experience is improved. |
