PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of a building, which can be reliably waterproofed in the vicinity of a coping and which can reduce costs associated with countermeasures against aged deterioration.SOLUTION: An attic space section 14, an internal hollow section 22 of a body wall section 21, and a ventilation path K going through clearances S1 and S2 communicating with each other are formed between an indoor space 2 and the outside 3 of a coping 30. In this case, a coping ventilation component 40, which makes the outside 3 ventilatably communicate with the clearances S1 and S2 communicating with each other, is provided in a boundary part between the outside 3 of the coping 30 and the clearances S1 and S2 communicating with each other. The coping ventilation component 40 is preprovided away from a back surface of the coping 30, and a clearance formed between the coping ventilation component 40 and the back surface of the coping 30 is closed with a closing part 44. |
