PURPOSE: An environment detecting system, a device, and a method for reacting under a chemical, a biological and a radiological contamination are provided to improve survivability of a human body by detecting a toxic gas, a bio-signal in a particular situation. CONSTITUTION: An environment detecting system, a device, and a method for reacting under a chemical, a biological and a radiological contamination comprise the following steps: a body signal measurement unit (110) measures a bio-signal of a human body; an environmental sensor unit (120) detects external toxic gas information; a system controller (130) determines an environment status based on the measured bio-signal; the system controller determines an environment status based on the detected toxic gas information; and the system controller performs an arbitrary operation for corresponding to a harmful environment based on the determination.
