<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with reality of men, incapable of giving feelings of satisfaction to women due to imperfect sexual life for various reasons. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises an insert device body 1 comprising a tip side formed in a roughly semi-spherical protruded surface 1a along a tip inner form of a condom C, and a base end side formed in a roughly semi-spherical recessed surface 1b along a tip part of a penis. Its length is set as 10 mm to 60 mm, and its maximum outer diameter is set as 20 mm to 45 mm. The condom C and the insert device main body 1 are integrally molded. A sperm receiving part 2 is formed. A through hole 3 is formed through a tip of the condom C. A projection, a circular projection, a spiral projection, or a slit 1c is formed in the circumference of a trunk part.
