PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid mismatch situations between a MAC layer function and a physical layer function in which the MAC layer function recognizes the transmission of an uplink signal although the physical layer function has not actually transmitted the uplink signal.SOLUTION: The mobile station UE comprises: a layer 1 function that includes a transmission unit 13 for transmitting an uplink signal to a wireless base station eNB; and a layer 2 function that includes a transmission management unit 12 for instructing the transmission unit 13 to transmit an uplink signal and a counter control unit 11 for controlling a counter. The counter control unit 11 does not increment the counter if the transmission unit 13 has not transmitted an uplink signal after the instruction was issued from the transmission management unit 12 to the transmission unit 13 to transmit the uplink signal. |
