PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-drink tomato-containing beverage having flavor unique to fresh tomato, sweetness with reduced acid taste, and low viscosity with smooth texture; a production method of a tomato-containing beverage; and a method for improving the texture and taste of a tomato-containing beverage.SOLUTION: The tomato-containing beverage contains processed tomato without addition of a sweetener and common salt, including particles in the liquid with a particle size at 90% accumulation (90%D) of 350 μm or less, having a sugar content of 4.8 or more, a sugar-acid ratio of 10.0 or more, and a pH of 4.2 to 4.8. |
