PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discriminate between homozygote and heterozygote in melting curve analysis.SOLUTION: A device for detecting a signal from a specimen includes a fluid device which has: a flow path through which the specimen passes; a reaction field provided in the flow path; a heater which raises the temperature of the specimen in the reaction field in order to perform melting curve analysis; and a heater driving device, wherein the heater driving device is capable of driving the heater at a first temperature raising rate of 1°C/s or higher and a second temperature raising rate different from the first temperature raising rate, and performing a plurality of times of melting curve analysis to a specimen including the same component. |
