<p>Device for dredging in water reservoirs, comprising a suction head (2) with at least one lower inlet opening (23) arranged to suck in sediment and water. The suction head is connected to an outlet hose (6) which is at least partly flexible, the suction force being provided solely by the pressure difference between the water surface (10) and the outlet orifice (9). The suction head is suspended by e flexible suspension (3) which is arranged to drop the suction head down to the operation level in question and there to rest on the sediment without needing to know this level beforehand. The suction head (2) is provided with at least one upper inlet opening (24) at a vertical distance from the lower inlet opening (23) to prevent clogging from slides of sediment towards the lower inlet opening (23). Furthermore the suction head (2) and the at least partly flexible outlet hose (6) is preferably balanced so that the suction head will maintain an effective operating position independent of support from the flexible suspension (3).</p> |
