PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create three-dimensional CAD data on a structure at a stage according to progress of processes of the structure.SOLUTION: A CAD information creation device 100 includes: a storage unit 150 that stores therein process management data including work processes and process identifiers and CAD information including plural three-dimensional objects and object identifiers corresponding to the process identifiers; an acquisition unit 111 that acquires workload information of a work process; a process management unit 112 that associates the workload information with a corresponding work process among the work processes included in the process management data, identifies a work process associated with workload information, and extracts a process identifier of the identified work process; and a CAD information creation unit 113 that identifies a three-dimensional object including an object identifier corresponding to the process identifier among the plural three-dimensional objects on the basis of the process identifier, and creates CAD information for process management including the identified three-dimensional object.
