PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which notifies a serviceman of abnormality content occurred to a washing machine and an operation history via an information terminal device to support appropriate handling.SOLUTION: A washing machine 2 includes: data communication means 5 for performing data communication with an information terminal device 1; control means 6 for controlling a series of operations of the washing machine; a self-diagnosis unit 10 for self-diagnosing a failure of the washing machine; a memory 9 for storing data of a failure history or an operation history; input means 8 for performing the turn-off of power supply and the setting of an operation course of the washing machine; and display means 7 for displaying content of the set operation course and a progress state of the operation course. By means of the data communication between the information terminal device 1 and the washing machine 2, by displaying the result of the self-diagnosis and the data of the failure history or the operation history read-out from the memory 9 on a display screen 14 provided at the information terminal device 1, a serviceman can perform appropriate handling quickly on the spot. |
