PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of safely and simply performing a credit standing inquiry process of a credit card associated with an electric transaction over the Internet.SOLUTION: In the system of the present invention, when there are a www browser and an IP telephone connected to the Internet, an Internet connected IP telephone reception part, a voice response part, and a DTMF detection part are connected to a notice part, and a web server and a one-time password generating part are also connected to the notice part. The notice part is connected by a card information storage part, and a credit standing management part that can acquire credit standing information from a credit card company. A purchaser registers credit card information in advance, and when a request from the purchaser for a settlement is received, the system makes an IP telephone call back to allow the user to enter a one-time password, and proceeds credit standing process to the credit card company only when the password entered matches to the registered one. |
