The present invention provides a magnetic suction transfer device, which sucks L-shaped steel used in ship building with a magnetic force, transfers the steel to a steel pre-treatment conveyor, and transfers the pre-treated L-shaped steel to other working stations. The present invention provides a magnetic suction transfer device, which comprises a ceiling crane installed on the ceiling of a working station; multiple magnetic cases having a magnetic force generating tool positioned under the ceiling crane; connection tools connecting the ceiling crane and the magnetic cases; and an attaching tool prepared on the bottom surface of each magnetic case, having a multi-stage bent shape, and attached to the L-shaped steel. Therefore, the lower part of the attaching tool attached to the lower part of the magnetic case is bent in four stages, and two pieces of L-shaped steel arranged to be adjacent are sucked and transferred with the second and third bent parts so that the transfer work is shortened, thereby preventing the whole pre-treatment line from being stopped when the pre-treated L-shaped steel is transferred. Further, as the L-shaped steel and the attaching tool are in surface contact with each other, damage to the surface of the pre-treated L-shaped steel by the attaching tool can be prevented. |
