PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic oscillation device that is inexpensive by minimizing a processing cost of a piezoelectric monocrystal that is lead-free, a manufacturing method of the ultrasonic oscillation device, and ultrasonic medical equipment including the ultrasonic oscillation device.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic oscillation device 2 includes a laminated transducer 41 having plural piezoelectric monocrystalline element layers 61 (73) laminated between two metal blocks 32, 33, 39, and 44 (71 and 72). The two metal blocks 32, 33, 39, and 44 (71 and 72) and the plural piezoelectric monocrystalline element layers 61 (73) are fused and joined in a laminating direction with a joint metal 76 having a fusing point that is equal to or lower than a half of a Curie point of the plural piezoelectric monocrystalline element layers 61 (73). |
