PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid member through which a straw can be easily inserted in a beverage container on which a rotatable upper covering lid is mounted, and a beverage container using the same.SOLUTION: A beverage container has a top opening of a circular shape and comprises a lid member which seals the opening, with an upper covering lid which covers the lid member being rotatably mounted on a container body, while the upper covering lid is provided with a notch part through which a straw can be inserted, and thereby, the lid member can be pierced and torn. The lid member is constituted of a laminate formed by laminating a base material layer, an intermediate layer and a sealant layer. The base material layer is provided with a plurality of unseal guide cuts to penetrate the base material layer. The plurality of unseal guide cuts constitute an unseal guide cut part of a circumferential shape, and the center of the unseal guide cut part of a circumferential shape coincides with the center of the opening, enabling the straw inserted from the notch part to pierce and tear the unseal guide cut part even when the upper covering lid is rotated. |
