Compounds of formula and acid addition salts thereof wherein A is NH 2 mono- or di-alkylamino pyrrolidinyl, piperidyl, piperazinyl or morpholinyl and one of R 1 and R 3 is a radical of formula wherein R is H, C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkoxy, or halogen, m is 1 or 2 and n is 4 or 5 and the other is H or a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, except R 3 may not be cyclohexyl, are prepared by reaction of ammonia or the appropriate amine with a compound of formula wherein X is halogen optionally followed by salt formation. The compounds are stated to possess analgesic, antipyretic and anti-imflammatory action. |
