PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driven compressor which enables a position of a connector connection part to be easily changed to a position of a connector of a vehicle side external power source without remaking a cover itself from scratch and enables a metal terminal to electrically connect the external power source with a circuit board even if the position of the connector connection part is changed.SOLUTION: A shield 40 is formed by assembling a first shield part 41 and a second shield part 42 to each other. Further, an insertion hole 42h, in which the other end part 33b of a metal terminal 33 may be inserted, is formed at the second shield part 42. |
