PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a grill cooking utensil which is used in combination with an induction heating cooker, thereby, improve usefulness and easiness to care for at cleaning, and delicious taste of cooked food.SOLUTION: A grill cooking utensil 9 is placed on a top plate 7 so as to face an induction heating apparatus 3a or 3b. The grill cooking utensil 9 comprises a rotational body 13 for vertically opening and closing an upper frame body 10 and a lower frame body 11 composing a housing; a substitution coil 14 having a copper wire wound around nearly concentrically in a doughnut shape; and a resistance heating device 18 for cooking food to be cooked from above by generating radiant heat. The substitution coil 14 is arranged at the lower frame body so as to face the induction heating apparatus 3a or 3b, a terminal end of the substitution coil is electrically connected to the resistance heating device to generate radiant heat from above, so that a plate 53 to be heated arranged at an inner side of the substitution coil is subjected to induction heating, and delicious taste of cooked food and usefulness can be improved. |
