PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device in which a structure of a part of components is made common with components of other devices to easily reduce kinds of components.SOLUTION: A switching device comprises: an operation lever 10 which can be oscillated in a first direction and a second direction with respect to a neutral position P0; a first switch SW11 which detects a state of the operation lever when the operation lever moves to a first operation position P11; a second switch SW21 which detects a state of the operation lever when the operation lever moves to a second operation position P21 positioned symmetrically to the first operation position; and a control part 110 which gradually controls a multistep function whose operation state is switched in multiple steps, gradually switches the control state of the multistep function in an upper direction on the basis of the detected state of the first switch, and gradually switches the control state of the multistep function in a lower direction on the basis of the detected state of the second switch. Upper and lower operation positions P11, P21 are symmetrical and communization of components is facilitated. |
