PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sinterability of a silver powder good and stable.SOLUTION: At least one selected from the group consisting of silver chloride, silver oxide and silver nitrate for which the total of contents of Sb, Bi, S, Se and Te is 2-1000 mass ppm relative to silver is dissolved to obtain a silver complex, and a solution including the silver complex and a reductant solution are mixed together and the silver complex is reduced, in order to obtain a silver powder for which the total of contents of Sb, Bi, S, Se and Te is 2-100 mass ppm relative to the silver powder. |
