Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a porous hydrogel scaffold for osteanagenesis. The present invention can includes a step of dissolving gelatin (10 w/v %, 300 Bloom) in distilled water, a step of preparing mixed slurry by mixing pectin (5 w/v %) with the gelatin solution, a step of mixing the mixed slurry, a step of injecting the mixed slurry into a mold, a step of refrigerating the polyethylene mold filled with the mixed slurry to -80 deg. C and freeze-drying the mixed slurry at -70 deg. C, and a step of cross-linking the dried mixed slurry. The present invention can obtain a biological mimic scaffold having improved biocompatibility and biodegradation properties. |
