<p>Compounds are disclosed which inhibit endothelin converting enzyme. These compounds are useful for treating hypertension, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, reperfusion injury, coronary angina, cerebral vasospasm, acute renal failure, non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug induced gastric ulceration, cyclosporin induced nephrotoxicity, endotoxin-induced toxicity, asthma and atherosclerosis.</p> |
