Provided is a stud locking tool (1) that enables easy and reliable attachment of an attachment member (51) such as an undercover to an object-of-attachment member (52) such as a panel of a vehicle. The stud locking tool (1) is provided with a first clip (10) and a second clip (30) that sandwich and hold the attachment member (51) from both sides, and by locking the stud locking tool with a stud (70), the attachment member (51) is attached to the object-of-attachment member (52). The first clip (10) has the following: a hollow inner cylinder part (12) that is inserted into an attachment hole (53) of the attachment member (51); a flange (11) provided at one end of the inner cylinder part (12); and locking claws (13a, 13b) that are formed on the inner side of the inner tube (12) and that engage with a screw thread of the stud (70). The second clip (30) has a hollow outer cylinder part (32) that accommodates the inner cylinder part (12) of the first clip (10), and a flange (31) provided at one end of the outer cylinder part (32). A taper part (14) is formed from the upper surface of the flange of the first clip (10) along a central axis and becomes narrower towards the inner cylinder part (12).
