The present invention relates to a cleaner and a cleaning method using the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaner includes a body having an electromagnet; a foreign material collection support attached/detached to/from the body based on the magnetic property of the electromagnet and collecting a foreign material by the magnetic force of the electromagnet; a direction knob controlling the movement direction of the body; and a driving wheel combined with the body and a support shaft and moving the body.
