An aiming adjusting device of a head lamp is disclosed. The aiming adjusting device of a head lamp can simply adjust the up and down aiming of an optical module by comprising: a supporting bar which is supported by mounting an optical module; a pivot axis which connects the supporting bar to be able to rotate, with a base bar where multiple optical modules including the optical module are mounted; and an aiming adjusting bolt which adjustably fastens the supporting bar to the base bar. |
