PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery including a multilayered electrode group, in which positional deviation of the electrode group in a battery can can be suppressed during normal operation while a current interrupt function can be quickly exerted in internal pressure rising.SOLUTION: In secondary batteries RB1-RB3, a positional deviation prevention member 6 positionally fixing an electrode group 1 at a predetermined position in an external packaging case 11 is provided, a collector lead 5 is fixed to the positional deviation prevention member 6, the positional deviation prevention member 6 is fixed to an easily deformable part provided at a predetermined site of a battery can 10, and, when the positional deviation prevention member 6 is displaced corresponding to the deformation of the battery can 10, the collector lead 5 is separated from an external terminal 11f. |
