PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp which guides heat generated from an LED to a heat mass part to efficiently process the heat and secures the safety when a user contacts with the heat mass part to prevent, in particular, electric shock and burns during the contact.SOLUTION: An LED lamp 1 includes an attachment base member 16 including an LED 10 at the front surface side. The attachment base member 16 includes a heat mass part 34, and the heat mass part 34 includes a heat mass cover 46 which covers an exposed portion. The heat mass cover 46 has electric insulation properties and has heat conductivity lower than that of the heat mass part 34. |
