Disclosed are a hard disk stand and a server, which relate to the field of structural components and can effectively improve the storage density of the server. The hard disk stand comprises a connector, a hard disk handle bar and a printed circuit board, wherein the connector and the hard disk handle bar are respectively provided at the two ends of the printed circuit board, the printed circuit board is also provided thereon with a first hard disk port used for connecting a first hard disk and a second hard disk port used for connecting a second hard disk, the first hard disk port is connected to a first port on the connector, and the second hard disk port is connected to a second port on the connector.
