PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-finishing grinding device capable of grinding a large-sized work, by easily changing a rocking angle of a super-finishing grinding wheel.SOLUTION: A super-finishing grinding device 1 according to the present invention is configured by rockably connecting a grinding wheel holding device 4 to a parallel link, which is formed by connecting two rocking links 11a and 11b and two rocking arms 12a and 12b with four rocking shafts 14-17, with use of two rocking shafts 352 and 353 juxtaposed in parallel to a row of the rocking shafts in the rocking arms. A super-finishing grinding wheel 39 held by the grinding wheel holding device vibrates by servomotors 41 and 42 as a driving source, a ball screw 21 formed of a screw shaft 211 and a nut 212 and rotating the screw shaft by the servomotors, and connection means 23 for unfixably connecting the rocking arms to the nut. |
