The invention concerns a method for configuration of the speed dial keys of a communication terminal with downloaded contact identifiers in a health care institution like a hospital. By providing a user identifier (110), contacts identifiers, e.g. family or friends or personal doctor, related to the user are retrieved (130), based on a user record (120) from a data repository and configured as quick selection entries 140, such as quick dial keys or buttons, for selection by the user. The user may e.g. be a patient or an employee of the health care institution. Configuration may also be based on a provided location identifier, in which case, the terminal may be configured for a location corresponding to the location identifier associated with the terminal location. Quick selection entries may also be configured to correspond to sending a text message to a recipient. |
