The present invention relates to mineral cluster for removing green tide and red tide and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of mineral cluster for removing green tide and red tide, which is characterized by comprising a process of mixing a mixture of mica and red clay, sulfuric acid, and water at a weight ratio of 0.5-1:0.01-0.2:2-2.5, and stirring and aging the mixture; and a process of filtering the aged mixture. Also, mineral cluster manufactured according to the invention is provided.
