PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a terminal fitting from being damaged when the terminal fitting is removed from a terminal housing part by bending a lance by using a jig.SOLUTION: A male connector 10 comprises: a male housing 11 consisting of a terminal housing part 30 housing a male terminal 20 therein and a hood part 40 capable of fitting a mating connector into the inside assembled together; and a lance 15 provided so as to be bendable and holding the male terminal 20 inside of the terminal housing part 30. The holding of the male terminal 20 can be reset by bending the lance 15 with the jig, and the male housing 11 has a rotation mechanism that makes the lance 15 face the outside by rotating the terminal housing part 30 to a direction crossing an engaging direction to the mating connector.
