The present invention relates to a compression device which compresses water to open up a blocked drain hole in a toilet. The compression device for opening up a blocked drain hole in a toilet has a water control unit provided in between a compression member and a water compression unit. The water control unit includes: a water compression unit which forms a penetrating space unit which a piston enters, which is coupled to a first penetrating unit penetrating the upper part of the penetrating space unit, and which compresses water to flow through a water control valve into a cylinder; a water outlet which faces the piston provided in the water compression unit, which penetrates the lower part of the penetrating unit, and which discharges water compressed in the cylinder; and the water control valve which is coupled to a second penetrating unit penetrating one side of the penetrating space unit, and which controls the cutoff of water flowing in and out.
