PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress falling-off of an external thread member immediately before it is screwed into a screw hole. SOLUTION: An external thread member locking structure suppresses falling-off of an external thread member 14 having a shaft-shaped thread part 140 before the external thread member 14 is screwed into a thread hole forming member 11 having a thread hole 110 penetratingly formed therein. The external thread member locking structure also comprises an external thread member guiding means 12 disposed on the side opposite to the side from which the external thread member 14 is screwed into the thread hole forming member 11. In the external thread member 14, the outer circumference thereof is set smaller than the inner diameter of the thread hole 110, and a fitting part 142 is provided as coaxially extending at the tip of the thread part 140. The external thread member guiding means 12 comprises a base 120, and a fitted part 121 extending from the base 120 to the thread hole forming member 11 side.
