PURPOSE:To obtain a ferromagnetic material the magnetic anisotropy of which is varied by temperature, by choosing atomic ratio Z of DyCoZ between 4.4-5.5 (excluding 5.0). CONSTITUTION:Alloy DyCoZ, the atomic ratio Z of which is selected as prescribed, is finely pulverized, and thus pulverized alloy is pressured in magnetic field at a temperature between the temperature, at which this alloy crystal's magnetization- facilitating axial direction is changed from the crystal bottom surface to the crystal C axial direction, and this alloy's Curie point. And then, thus obtained powdery material is solidified either by being calcined or by being provided with low melting point metal or resin. Thus composed temperature-sensitive element material is capable of sensing almost all temperatures ranging from -30-+100 deg.C and extremely practicable. |
