PURPOSE: A device to manufacture pipes and a method to manufacture the pipe using the same are provided to continuously injection-mold the pipe where a protrusion unit is formed on an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface and to easily vary an inclined angle or shape of each protrusion unit. CONSTITUTION: A device to manufacture pipes comprises an injection machine (210) and a cooler (310). The injection machine includes a barrel (212), a core (220), and a driving unit (222). The barrel includes a first groove unit forming a first protrusion unit on an outer circumferential surface of the pipe by being equipped on an outlet hole (216) forming an external diameter of the pipe and on a surrounding part of the outlet hole. The core forms an internal diameter of the pipe by being supplied to a shaft line of the outlet hole of the barrel and includes a second groove unit (224) forming a second protrusion unit of the pipe on the outer circumferential surface. The driving unit is supplied to give a rotary force to the core. |
