摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a microporous filter material is provided to have the microporous filter material in which waste water is not produced during the manufacturing process; and which enables the precision filtration by adjusting the size of the pore to the submicron unit in the nonwoven fabric surface. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a microporous filter material comprises the following steps: a step of manufactures a fluid polymer compound by dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride-polyhexafluoropropylene copolymer and acryl base polymer in the solvent; a step of manufacturing a coating solution by adding nonsolvent in the polymer compound; a step manufacturing a filter material in which the microporous polymer film is formed by coating the nonwoven fabric or the separation film surface with the coating solution, performing a first drying which evaporates the solvent, and performing a second drying which evaporates the nonsolvent. The solvent is at least any one which is selected from a group which comprises aceton, methyl ethyl ketone, and ethyl acetate; and the nonsolvent is at least any one which is selected from a group which comprises the water, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-butanol, isobutanol, 3-phentanol and dodecanol.
