PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative delivery device having improved quantitative delivery performance while hardly reducing the quantity of delivery with use. SOLUTION: Two rotors 2 of a rotary feeder 1 include a plurality of blades 6 provided radially on the outer peripheries of rotating shafts 5, respectively. The numbers of the blades 6 of both rotors 2, 2 are the same. Both rotors 2 are arranged so that the rotating shafts 5 are parallel to each other and the front ends of the blades 6 of one rotor 2 are located adjacent to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 5 of the other rotor 2. Additionally, both rotors 2 are rotated to satisfy conditions A, B, where the conditions A: times required for one rotation of both rotors 2 are the same, and the conditions B: the angular speed of the first rotor 2A when rotated is constant while the angular speed of the second rotor 2B is not constant which is continuously and cyclically changed during one rotation.
