The device (100) has a counter bearing supporting an object in fastening direction (110). The counter bearing comprises a planar or concave contact surface (130) for attaching the counter bearing to the object. A supporting element (140) e.g. nub-shaped projection, of an outer rim of the counter bearing is protruded from the contact surface opposite to a surface that is normal to the contact surface and bent with respect to the fastening direction to support the object in transverse to the fastening direction.
