<p>A driving device (5) includes an alternating magnetic field producing member (1), a piston member (7) and a crankshaft member (8). The alternating magnetic field producing member (1) is for producing an alternating magnetic field (2). The piston member (7) is adapted such that an eddy current (3) is produced therein by an alternating magnetic field (2) produced by the alternating magnetic field producing member (1), and is movable by a repulsive force (6) between a magnetic field (4) produced by the eddy current (3) and the alternating magnetic field (2). The crankshaft member (8) is connected to the piston member (7) and can convert the movement of the piston member (7) into a rotational motion. The driving device (5) that can obtain driving force in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner can thus be provided.
