Disclosed is an organic EL display device. The disclosed organic EL display device includes a selection reflecting layer which reflects only the circularly polarized component which includes a preset wavelength among incident light and rotates in a preset direction, and transmits light of a different wavelength and a circularly polarized component which includes the preset wavelength and rotates in a different direction, and a circular polarizing plate with a polarizing property to transmit the circularly polarized component which rotates in the different direction via the selection reflecting layer.
