<p>The present invention relates to a drawing chatting technology which is carried out based on touch events in a smart terminal, and more specifically, to the drawing chatting technology configured to operate effectively in consideration of a communication speed and network load when a chatting service between touch screen based terminals is provided based on drawings by user's touch operations. According to the present invention, it is possible to facilitate easy image transmission for children or the aged who have difficulties in operating touch screen based terminals. In addition, a drawing chatting method of the present invention may playback the same quality drawn images on a receiving terminal at a high response speed while achieving an effective transmission rate compared to existing image data transmission method.
