PURPOSE: A natural hair dyeing agent containing hair waste-derived melanin is provided to ensure chemical stability without harm to human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing block pigment granules and brown pigment of melanin from hair waste comprises: a step of isolating melanin by hydrolysis of hair; and a step of separating block pigment granules and brown pigment granules. A method for manufacturing natural hair dyeing agent comprises a step of mixing 2-5 weight parts of ferric oxide and 40-100 weight parts of cysteine based on 100 weight parts of block pigment granules. A cosmetic composition contains the black pigment granules or brown pigment granules. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of an eye liner, eyebrow, manicure, mascara, spray enhancing agent, or hair coating agent. |
