A list control method using a number key and a terminal thereof are provided to display number keys corresponding to each list together with lists related to menus or plural data on a screen of the terminal, so that data or a menu corresponding to a number key pressed by a user can be performed. A user inputs a list display command by selecting an MSN messenger menu(S202). Buddy lists and number keys corresponding to each list frame are displayed through a display unit(S204). A number key corresponding to a buddy group is inputted through an input unit on a screen on which the buddy lists and the number keys are displayed(S206). A controller performs data or a menu contained in a list frame corresponding to the inputted number key(S208). |
