The present invention relates to a gingko nut peeling device which comprises the following: a box-shaped case including a hopper on one upper side thereof for inserting gingko nuts, and an outlet for discharging peeled gingko nuts and gingko coat on the other side there; an aligning unit installed on an inlet of the hopper which is formed on the case for supplying gingko nuts supplied into the case through the inlet grain by grain; a first transfer conveyor unit transferring the gingko nuts supplied by the aligning unit grain by grain to the outlet of the case; a contacting unit with an uneven surface formed on the surface where the gingko nuts are touching, installed on one upper side of the first transfer conveyor unit thereby the first transfer conveyor unit is facing the uneven surface of the contacting unit from the other upper side; a second transfer conveyor unit which is mounted on one upper side of the first transfer conveyor unit to face the uneven surface of the contacting part and transfers the gingko nuts to the outlet by touching the side surface of the gingko nuts; a blocking plate installed on the upper side of the second transfer conveyor unit and the contacting unit for preventing the separation of the gingko nuts; and a conveyor driver providing power to the first transfer conveyor unit and the second transfer conveyor unit. The gingko nut peeling device is miniaturized for users to easily carry, and is capable of rapidly peeling the gingko nut by separating the nuts from the skin after supplying the gingko nuts grain by grain.
