According to the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for aligning a segment roll of a continuous casting apparatus comprising: a first and a second truck which are driven forward and backward in the upper part of a pair of guide rails installed on both sides of the segment roll in parallel; a stage part installed to connect the first truck and the second truck, and combined to the first truck to be able to move in the displacement error generation direction of the guide rail; and a laser beam part installed in the stage part to be able to move from side to side between the first truck and the second truck for detecting the installation height of the segment roll by radiating a laser beam to the surface of the segment roll. The apparatus for aligning a segment roll of a continuous casting apparatus is capable of maintaining an accurate aligning level of a segment roll, since the apparatus remains unaffected in spite of displacement of a driving truck guide rail.
