<p>A thin film type solar cell and method for manufacturing the same is provided to obtain an isolation effect of a solar cell by forming an auxiliary electrode on a transparent electrode. A substrate(100) is formed with a glass or a transparent plastic, and a transparent electrode layer(200) is formed on the substrate through a sputtering method. The auxiliary electrode is formed on the transparent to divide the thin film solar cell into a plurality of sub-pixels. A semiconductor layer(400) is formed between the auxiliary electrode and is formed at upper part of an assisted electrode layers the assisted electrode layer.</p> |
