The present invention relates to a back light unit (BLU) inspecting device, and, more specifically, to a technology automatically attaching a protective sheet to a BLU after finishing to inspect whether or not defects such as foreign matters, stains, and scratches exist in the BLU using an inspection camera. The BLU inspecting device of the present invention includes: multiple jig parts on which the BLUs are mounted; a rotary plate rotating the jig parts to be positioned at random points; at least one inspecting part inspecting defects and failures in the BLUs mounted on the jig parts; an attaching part attaching the protective sheet to the BLU on which inspection is finished by the inspecting part; and a control part controlling the actuations of the rotary plate, the inspecting part, and the attaching part. The present invention provides the technology automatically attaching the protective sheet to the BLU on which the inspection is finished by the device. The present invention also provides a technology for gaining the image of the BLU and inspecting a defect in the BLU using the camera. |
